REFUND
Please note that there is 15 days Money Back Guarantee with your Purchase. Once you have received your product you have 15 days to notify us that there is a problem and you are sending it back for a Refund or Exchange. Products have to be in it's original Condition and must not have any sign of worn or used. If you received a broken product please Contact us via E-Mail or Call us at 323-888-8856 and we'll help you any way Possible. If you have paid us with your Visa or Mastercard, then the money that we'll refund will go directly to your account that you have paid from. Please note that shipping is not refundable under any-Circumstances.

EXCHANGE
Customers have to contact us and let us know that they want to exchange the product. All they have to do is send the product back to the address that will be on their Invoice with the Note that they want a different product or size, also customers have to pay us shipping for us to send them a different size or product.

SHIPPING

Worldwide Shipping is available to our customers. For u.s.a customers all orders are shipped through UPS and our international customers the orders are shipped via USPS. To canada we can either ship UPS or USPS depending on what's Cheaper for our customer. If you need to know the shipping cost, all you have to do is add the items you desire to your shipping cart and type in your zip code and it will tell you the cost of shipping, and for international customers please click on check out and type in your complete address and you will find out the total cost before you check out.
