REFUND
Please note that there is 15 days Money Back Guarantee with your Purchase. Once you have received your product you have 15 days to notify us that there is a problem and you are sending it back for a Refund or Exchange. Products have to be in it's original Condition and must not have been used. If you received a broken product please Contact us via E-Mail or Call us at 323-888-8856 and we'll help you any way Possible. Please note that shipping is not refundable under any-Circumstances.
EXCHANGE
Customers have to contact us and let us know that they want to exchange the product. All they have to do is send the product back to the address that will be on their Invoice with the note that they want a different product or size, also customers have to pay us shipping for us to send them a different product.

Worldwide Shipping is available to our customers. We ship with UPS and USPS, customers have the option during the checkout to pick the different services. If you need to know the shipping cost, all you have to do is add the items you desire to your shipping cart and type in your zip code and it will tell you the cost of shipping. If your orders weight goes over 100lbs the shipping option that will be show is Calculate cheapest shipping and the cost of shipping will show online $0.00. We will charge you with the cheapest shipping cost before we ship your order out. For international customers please click on check out and type in your complete address and you will find out the total cost before you finish check out.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $1000.00 will qualify for free shipping to 48 US States not including HI,AK,PR or any Remote area that we feel does not qualify for free shipping. If you have selected the free shipping option and we happen to see any issue shipping to your location we will contact you if we are unable to provide you with free shipping for any reason. You have the right to cancel the order if we are unable to provide you with free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Also customers might get charged with custom duties and taxes. We do not know the exact amount they will be charged, taxes and duties are charged by customs.
